Appreciative Inquiry

Appreciative inquiry takes a positive approach to evaluation. Instead of trying to figure out what is not working with a program, appreciative inquiry focuses the evaluation on exploring what is working. It then asks stakeholders to imagine how good the program could be and should be and set commitments on how to get there.
