Most Significant Change
The most significant change approach is a qualitative evaluation method that requires the collection and analysis of personal accounts (stories) of change that occurred as a result of a program. These accounts of change are then analysed by program stakeholders to determine which stories of change are the most significant and why. It is a participatory approach to evaluation that can provide data on program process, impacts and outcomes.
