As a part of its five-year grant agreement, SiREN is contracted to undertake two regional visits that focus on the delivery of training or one-on-one support for a project and evaluation. SiREN is inviting regional organisations in WA to submit a proposal for a regional visit that focuses on project planning, research, and/or evaluation related to sexual health and/or blood-borne viruses.

Successful applicants may be provided with:

  • SiREN staff time for consultation with regions around proposed activity, and associated planning/resource development
  • SiREN staff attending region for up to three days to support proposed activity (travel and accommodation costs to be covered by SiREN)
  • SiREN staff time after visit to address requests and actions arising through telephone and/or online meetings with regional stakeholder(s)
  • Reimbursement for costs associated with the proposed activity (e.g., catering, venue hire). Estimated costs must be outlined in application.

Access the regional visit proposal application package here.

To assist you with your application, the regional stakeholder survey can be shared with stakeholders in your region. This survey aims to determine what kind of support from SiREN would be useful and interesting to stakeholders in your region. Completed surveys can be submitted alongside your application package.

Contact the SiREN team at siren@curtin.edu.au for any questions relating to your application.

Applications close January 27.
